Due to technical reasons, the application dates for the Green Card Lottery 2019 have been changed.
The application period, which began on October 3, is CLOSED, and all applications that were submitted from October 3rd to October 10th will be invalid.
The official website of the Green Card Lottery reports that technical reasons have been successfully resolved.
Thus, the new application period starts on Wednesday 18 October 2017 and will last until Wednesday 22 November 2017. Only applications submitted during this period will participate in the lottery.
Therefore, if you still intend to compete for the U.S. Green Card, you will have to go through the entire registration process in the lottery for 2019 again.
Also remember, applications are not accepted by mail, but only in electronic form.
