U.S. Consulates abroad
Currently the Unites States has the largest network of foreign diplomatic missions in the world. Consular offices around the world are working to develop and maintain the important and long-standing relationship with the countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, Oceania and the United States, as well as to provide consular assistance to U.S. citizens.
U.S. Consulates abroad provide a full range of services not only for the U.S. citizens, but also for people who are going to travel, work, study and just live in the United States. The Consulate maintains contacts with local authorities, provides services to the citizens and the solution to their problems within the framework of legislation and paperwork (visas, passports, notary documents, certificates, etc.). The consular departments are functioning normally in the embassies, preparing documents and issuing visas.
